We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties, except where required by law or to fulfill your order through trusted delivery partners.
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels to ensure your safety.

By placing an order with Uroos Alam, you agree to the following:

Product Representation: We strive to display colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Order Confirmation: Orders placed through our website are confirmed automatically and processed for dispatch.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. In rare cases where an item is sold out after you place your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

No returns are accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
In case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
Sale items and custom orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Pakistan: Orders are typically delivered within 1–4 weeks from the date of confirmation.
International: Orders are delivered within 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, customs delays, or courier issues.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
After this period, production and dispatch processes begin, and cancellation will not be possible.
